Aïda and Paul Brands cycle for Petite Cobi!

I am Aïda Brands, an enthusiastic supporter of Petite Cobi Foundation. Since 2006 this foundation has been working for seriously ill children and mothers in Senegal and it runs entirely on dedicated volunteers, contributing selflessly all these years. All income is used to directly support individuals or larger projects. I am going to contribute to the great work of the staff of the Foundation in a special and fun way. Therefore this summer my father and I conceived the plan to make a sponsored bike ride in July 2013 from my hometown Leiden (the Netherlands), to Ravenna (Italy), the residence of my father. The distance is expected to be 1700 km and we’ll be cycling 20 to 25 days to finish the tour.

At the moment we are training hard for our bike ride, and meanwhile we are looking for both companies and individuals at home and abroad who want to support our project and Petite Cobi Foundation.

Sponsors – small or large

This bike ride will be sponsored by anyone who wants to contribute to the work of Petite Cobi. It is possible to do so individually, as a company, a school, a society or club, a group of friends or a family. Sponsor us per kilometer or donate a fixed amount.

We would like to emphasize that all travel expenses, accommodation costs and participation fees will be paid for personally and all sponsor money will directly benefit Petite Cobi Foundation.

Furthermore, at the beginning and end of the trip an event with local and regional media will be organized.
